Do I need a DragSource to perform dnd from notes view into my component?

Hello Martin and thanks for your response.

I have tried both TextTransfer and XMLTransfer but I'm unable to catch any drops on my component.

In all example codes I have seen on the subject, there is also a DragSource. I have not been able to set the notes view as the source. Can this be my problem? If this is the problem, how did you set the notes view "Component" as the DragSource?

What am I missing here?
